Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

How to Return

1. Contact us at support@ttxedgegoods.store with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.
