Fraud Prevention
To protect both our customers and our business, every transaction is verified using:
- AVS (Address Verification System) — confirms the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your card issuer.
- CVV verification — the 3- or 4-digit security code on your card is checked with each purchase.
- 3D Secure (3DS) — an additional layer of authentication may be requested by your card issuer for added protection.
Billing
All charges are one-time, non-recurring. We do not store your card details and we do not enroll customers in any subscription or auto-renewal program. Your statement will show a charge from TTX EDGE GOODS.
Disputes
If you do not recognize a charge or have a concern about a transaction, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank. We resolve most inquiries within one business day, and contacting us directly is the fastest path to a resolution.
